Quick Family Fish

G'day all,
Nice day here today, so we ducked outside and headed down the coast a little. Soon came across a couple of lumps on the sounder and decided to drop anchor and give it a go. The kids had a ball catching lots of small reefies. I was on deckie duty for most of the trip but I did find some time later to tie on a plastic which produced a couple of good bust ups. Both of our kids love eating fish, so the snapper went down a treat for tea. They both want to go out again tomorrow!

Thanks fellas, yeah the kids are definitely hooked now.

Went out today for another look around. Kids caught plenty of small reef fish again. Cannot believe the number of different species we are encountering. We later found a nice isolated bombie and decided to troll a few lures past it hoping for another snapper. Unfortnately though, it only produced the mother of all mothers..............
