    Default A few barras

I love my barra fishing, here are a few local barra and I also go fishing/hunting over Normanton a few times a year so a few from there too. Over the Gulf I drag the barra classics over the rock bars but they dont seem to work aswell over here on the East coast so I mainly use Leeds Hijackers, the new zman minows and DOA prawns.

For sure mate always keen for a fish.
The ones on the road were the afternoon the floods hit between Normanton and Karumba. We got 40 that afternoon off the road it was the best session I have ever had. I still havent cracked the majic meter mark yet. Ive hit 97cm 3 times but my day will come.

Its great seeing some good fish from back home. I grew up at the olds farm around Mungar (west Maryborough) and spent a few years at Bribie so keep the photo's coming.
