    Yep, just a super fast grunter! No foul hook, hooked perfectly in the corner of the jaw. Couldn't believe it when I saw what it was, went 66cm I think. It was off one of the beacons in Hervey Bay lol

    Not the most common way of catching them,but scored a few including my pb 62cm Grunter trolling gold bombers around the mangrove edges at Hinchinbrook.Any prawn/grub imitation as well as small blades should work a treat.These fish will come on in waves...meaning that you might pick up a couple then it goes quiet then the next school moves through and so on.A great fish to target IMO.Good luck in your hunt
