Paul as you head north of boonaroo in the main channel towards maaroom you will have a line of mangroves on the mainland side of the channel just before you get to maaroom there is a little creek going into the mangroves in the main channel straight out from the creek about 400 m i suppose sound around there for rubble and weed patches 8 to 14 foot of water slack tide is best for fish early late arvo due to boat traffic ect

No the channel near maaroom dream and stewart are about a k or more on your righthand side the chanelle inam talking about runs straight in front of boonaroo up to maaroom , indid not go this weekend spoke to my mate yesterday he got 20 summer whiting on yabbies so plenty of them around and a few crabs
