Had a bad night last night so slept in but still decided to go with George for a bit of a flick in the Passage. Huge tides and not much run saw a few flatties boated but not consistently as the northerlies were blowing. Most were around 41 to 43 cm mark, we only kept a 45 and 52 for dinner, the rest are still swimming. Lost a couple as they'd taken the SPs down deep and chewed through the leader. I've run out of my favourite jig heads and those commercial, ones just seem to keep getting swallowed which isn't what we like. Have to get hold of some soon, losing too many fish.
