Hi Dean
They certainly do cook up well, I prefer them in egg and breadcrumbs deep fried with a home grown salad and of course chips , young bloke caught both jewies on prawns, I got cleaned up the same morning by a much bigger fish, wasn't able to turn him and he slipped into the oyster lease about 50 meters down from where we were fishing, sometimes happen when you're targeting whiting or grunter with 3 kilo and a larger then average schoolie takes your bait
