No cramps needed for an excuse to get on the day off to paddle the Canning river last Monday, but sore muscles the day after. Great little workout is rowing but to bad the size of the fish didn't strain any muscles. Conditions were fine to be out on the Mini-X but poo for fishing with low tides, sunny sky little breeze.

    Unhappy

All right for some, I'm off work at present and just bought a new kayak on saturday that hasn't even been wet yet. Unfortunately I stuffed my arm on sunday at work so although I may be off, I can't even hold a fishing rod let alone take the yak out.
