Quick session on the rocks 18/06/10

Hit the rocks late yesterday arvo to see what was happening.
Threw around some 7 inch gulp mainly hoping for a Jew to inhale it.
First cast got that rat-a-tap-tap from a plastic destroying Tailor.
Nice size chopper at 47cm.

Few casts later I receieved a very sly bump and suspected a Jew so kept plugging away.
Eventually got a more solid hit and hook up to a nice little Jew.
Seeing he was under I washed him up for a few quick pics and he was returned back to his hunting ground.

Jewie came in at 69cm but its always good just to get one from the rocks.

Back later today to try and find mumma.

Swell was up too.......had to do the dash a few times.

Got some more today....Conditions had changed with a really good swell running.
Had to do a few quick dashes on occassions but the fish were there.
All unders again......but still top fun.

Yeah mate....used to do it with a mate (who moved to Cairns).
Trying to fire up the boys around here to have a go......but its like pulling teeth...their all to lazy.
Going to chase some big fellas from the beach this winter though.

Aaron...not much rain....but nice bit of swell around which they seem to be enjoying.The water looks really good atm.
