    Thanks everyone, I'm not sure if I've got enough sandies yet, so I left the pots in, and going to check them in the morning. Might have to have a go at the snapper again too........

    Party is on Saturday at three, celebrating 40 years young!

    The rod is an ABU Veritas 6-10kg, great rod! crap guides on the earlier models, but I think they have upgraded them now. Good value rods, way under $200

    Great fish Matt i cant seem to do any better than 60cm's in the bay had a few on that felt better than that but havent managed to get one to the boat yet....

    My bay PB is an unimpressive 57cm and Kyle's is 58cm! We have definitely had better fish on from time to time but they don't seem to make it to the boat! Either throw the hooks or trash the lures!

    We are getting many more 35 - 50cm fish in recent months though...

    Maybe this weekend...!
